These terms cover this website and access to the MGC CRM application.
Last updated 16 August 2026.
If your brokerage has signed a written agreement with us for MGC CRM, that agreement controls wherever it differs from this page. This page covers the website and anyone using the product without a separate signed agreement.
MGC CRM is not self-serve. Access begins with a conversation and is granted per brokerage. There is no published price on this site, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance: any commercial terms are the ones set out in writing between us.
Accounts belong to a person, not to a seat that gets passed around. Keep your credentials to yourself, tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised, and do not let anyone use your login. Your brokerage's administrators can add, change and deactivate accounts.
Everything your brokerage puts into MGC CRM stays your brokerage's property. We hold a limited licence to process it for the purpose of running the product for you, and for nothing else. On request we will export it; when the relationship ends we will return or delete it on your instruction.
The application, its design and its source code remain ours. You get the right to use it for your brokerage's own business while your access is live. Do not copy it, resell it, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
The product connects to services we do not run: Dropbox, Amazon Web Services, Mapbox, the Commercial Brokers Association listing feed, Whatcom County's assessor service, and the AI provider you choose. Those services have their own terms and their own uptime. Listing and assessor data is provided as published by its source, and we do not warrant its accuracy.
Drafted listing copy, lease abstractions and assistant answers are drafts for a professional to check. Do not send an abstracted lease term, a valuation or a marketing claim to a client without reading it first.
Nothing in this product or on this site is legal, tax, appraisal or investment advice. Valuation and NNN tools are calculators that do what you tell them.
We work hard to keep the service up and we deploy carefully, but we do not promise a specific uptime figure on this page. If your brokerage needs a service level commitment, it belongs in your written agreement where we can be held to it.
Either side can end the relationship on the terms of the written agreement. We can suspend access immediately for a security problem or a serious breach of acceptable use, and we will tell you why.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
